We offer shipping services within India and to various international locations. Our partnerships with leading logistics providers ensure that your order is handled efficiently for safe and speedy delivery.

If you are unreachable or unable to accept delivery when we attempt to deliver your products, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion. Any refund amount after such cancellation will be processed after deducting the shipping and delivery charges incurred by us.

You acknowledge and agree that the title and risk of all products ordered and delivered to you pass to you upon your receipt of the delivery.

Shipping Charges for Delivery Within India

  • Free shipping within India for all prepaid orders.

  • For orders below 1000, a nominal fee is charged for shipping and handling.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) option available in selected Indian pin codes for orders up to ₹20,000, with an additional charge.

Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India

  • A nominal shipping fee is charged for international orders. 

  • COD option not available for international orders.

  • International orders are accepted for Zari Dorie products.

Our Dispatch Policy:

We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timelines range from 6 - 8 weeks from the date of successful placement of your order. This timeline accounts for orders that may require us to create a new piece based on your specifications. However, if your order is readily available in the desired size, we dispatch it within 6 - 8 weeks from the date of successful placement of your order.

For custom-made orders, please note that Pret pieces are typically shipped within 8- 10 weeks, while embellished products may take up to 6- 8 weeks. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the ‘Order Summary’ page of our website at the time of placing the order. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via the email provided by you while placing the order. The standard dispatch timeline for Ready-to-Ship products is 5 working days for both Domestic and International orders. In the case of an International order, consisting of made-to-order products as well as ready-to-ship products, the order will be dispatched in a single shipment, and the dispatch timeline of the made-to-order product will be applicable.

Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 6 - 8 weeks depending on the pin code for delivery within India and 8 - 10 weeks for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on our or the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays; however, please be assured that our customer service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest. Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:

Your order may be subject to import duties levied once the package reaches the destination country. Additional charges for import duties, customs, and taxes may be levied by the custom authorities, and these charges are your responsibility. Please note that Zari Dorie has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
