Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, let us know. We offer exchanges for items in a different color, size, or style, or we can provide a refund. If any merchandise you receive is not in good condition, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return it unused, in its original packaging with tags, within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we'll process your exchange or refund.

Please note the following policies regarding returns and exchanges:

1) Products once delivered cannot be returned. They can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.

2) Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if they are unused and have all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department if any goods/products are delivered without tags.

3) Belts and any designer packaging, such as muslin bags, should be included with your exchange.

4) All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

5) No exchanges are allowed on discounted merchandise.

6) Returns/refunds will only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon, or delivered later than the stated delivery date.

Exchange in IndiaΒ 

Step 1:

To return an item, please contact us at admin@zaridorie.com or contact us at +919910741276 within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Step 2:

Wait for a confirmation email from us to initiate the return. We will attempt to arrange a pick-up through our courier partner. If their service is unavailable at your address, please self-ship the item to our address.

Step 3:

Securely pack your exchange, preferably in the original packaging, and courier the parcel back to us. Further details will be provided in the confirmation by us.

Exchange Outside India

Exchange Policy for International Orders

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what was ordered.

In exceptional cases, if a customer can arrange for the return of goods in India, at any of our flagship stores or an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner, within 90 days from the delivery of the merchandise, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. Please note that shipping charges may apply for exchanged merchandise that requires international shipping.
